Yandi Andri Yatmo teaches architecture at the University of Indonesia since 1997. He obtained his PhD degree from the School of Architecture at the University of Sheffield, where he previously studied for Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture (with RIBA part 1 and 2) and Master of Architecture. Yandi was awarded Kenneth H. Murta Prize in Architecture from University of Sheffield in 2001. His professional experiences include working for Singapore Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Encona Engineering. While in UK he also did a few works for Prue Chiles Architects, Bureau of Design Research in Sheffield and Education Design Group in London. His works are primarily on design theories and their relevance to design practice, as well as environmental education.

Paramita Atmodiwirjo obtained a PhD in Architecture at the University of Sheffield. Previously she studied for her first degree at the University of Indonesia and Master of Architectural Studies at the University of Sheffield. She worked for Ong and Ong Architects and Townland Consultants, before joining University of Indonesia as a lecturer in 1998. Her research interests are on the relationship between environment and behaviours, environments for children and youth, and architectural education.
